The Local Team
The Santa Fe Community Project's local team is comprised of employees and volunteers from all walks of life. Some are licensed professionals, corporate executives. Some are on loan from religious orders, and those who wish to do good.

Shirley Washingtonhas been our Global Director for over ten years. She is the one who is responsible for bringing it all together and making sure it works. Shirley has a long career in charitable causes and spearheaded the Alabama Clause.

Sister Mary Noseworthy is our regional director of community projects. She has been with us for seven years and prior to that worked in the Vatican. She oversees all national initiatives.

Dr. Marc I. Hafkin is our director of global relations. He handles all communications, strategies, and planning for our brothers and sisters abroad. Dr. Hafkin is also responsible for the global trade effect.

Katy Wong is the director of our legal affairs from a local community perspective. She has eight years of experience working in charitable organizations and an expert on government ruling.

Cameron is our finance administrator and is responsible for incoming donations, tangible and financial.

Al Span, Procurement
Al and his team are responsible for corporate procurement. Please contact Al directly if your organization can donate goods.
Randy George Jr, Inner-City Farm Program
Randy and his team are responsible for farm education. They are extremely successful when it comes to low lease community lots.
Anita George
Anita runs the community market program bringing lot-grown products to shops and weekend venues.
Father Bill, Community Outreach Co-Director
Fr. Bill is new to the Santa Fe Community Project and will be heading up the community outreach program. Eventually, he will bring his outreach skills to our global sites.
Father Horatio, Community Outreach Co-Director
Fr. Horatio is heading up the community outreach program with Fr. Bill. The overall goal is to identify the success of each program and determine how to implement it globally.
Augusto Salamanca, Global Connections Director
Augusto is the one who creates bridges connections. His background brings communities together. He locates international companies interested in developing charitable relationships.
Climeca Brown, Education Director
Climeca is our education director. Her team handles everything from volunteers to curriculums. She works well with local school boards to understand and implement the current needs.
